We accept returns, within 30 days from the delivery date.
Open the packaging carefully so as not to cut, slice or damage the contents.
What we cover - If your order arrives damaged, please take a photo / video of the damaged external packaging and damaged products and contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will replace products that have been damaged in transit, after assessment of the images / video supplied. No return fee for goods damaged in transit or defective.

Change of Mind - You can return your order due to the incorrect sizes being ordered, or a change of mind. We accept returns and issue refunds for bags that are unused and in new condition, within 30 days of delivery. The return postage is the customers responsibility.
